Notification of transactions by Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMRs')

Hamilton, Bermuda - In accordance with Disclosure Transparency Rule 3.1.4R(1) the Company announces that the following Director exercised options under its Unapproved Share Option Scheme ('Options') and sold ordinary 5p shares ('Shares') in the Company, as detailed below:  

On 14 June 2012 Mr BE Masojada exercised 28,196 Options at 125.2p per Share and sold the resulting Shares on the same day at a price of 413.452p each.

The transaction took place in Bermuda.
