On 20 May 2011, Robert Hiscox sold 240,000 shares in the Company at a price of 422.55p per share, Stuart Bridges sold 55,162 shares in the Company at a price of 425.1p per share and Diane Bridges, a connected person of Stuart Bridges, sold 30,000 shares in the Company at a price of 422.15p per share.

The transactions took place in Bermuda.
