Hilton Foods enters South East Asia through strategic partnership with Country Foods Pte Ltd

Hilton Food Group plc ("Hilton Foods" or the "Group"), the leading international multi-protein food business, is pleased to announce the formation of a long-term strategic collaboration in Singapore with Country Foods Pte Ltd. ("CF" or "Country Foods"). 

Country Foods, a wholly owned subsidiary of SATS, Asia's leading provider of food solutions and gateway services, is one of Singapore's largest food importers, distributors and manufacturers. This collaboration between Hilton Foods and Country Foods, which begins in Q1 2023, will provide Singaporeans the opportunity to purchase high quality, good value protein products produced from Hilton's global manufacturing sites, including: seafood, slow cooked meats and Australian beef, lamb and pork products.

The collaboration will also see Hilton Services, a division of Hilton Food Group, provide proprietary technology products and support from their world class model of sustainable, highly automated manufacturing and logistics practices. This collaboration will help Country Foods increase its product traceability efforts, execute sustainable packaging solutions, and improve efficiency.

For Hilton Foods, the partnership provides access to established channels and countries already supplied by Country Foods, expanding Hilton's global reach to more consumers. The strategic collaboration between the two businesses will deliver new levels of manufacturing and product excellence in Country Foods' existing sites coupled with ongoing joint exploration for future new manufacturing opportunities.
