The Company today, 4th April 2008, received notification that on this date,
Philip Heffer, Managing Director UK & Ireland, sold 2,000,000 shares (2.87% of
the issued share capital) at a price of GBP1.79 per share and that his wife,
 Justine Heffer, purchased 2,000,000 shares (2.87% of the issued share capital)
at a price of GBP 1.79 per share.
