Hikma Pharmaceuticals Plc 30 April 2008 Hikma Pharmaceuticals PLC - LTIP Awards LONDON, 30 April 2008: Hikma Pharmaceuticals PLC (LSE: HIK) (DIFX: HIK) announces that the Remuneration Committee has made the following nil-cost awards under the Hikma Pharmaceuticals PLC 2005 Long-Term Incentive Plan (the 'LTIP') to Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ('PDMRs') of the Company.
