Interim Management Statement

In accordance with the UK Listing Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company issues its Interim Management Statement in respect of the period from 1 March 2012 to 30 June 2012

The Company remains a "cash shell" and the Board continues to seek opportunities to maximize the value of the Company. In the meantime, the Company continues to keep expenditure to a minimum in order to preserve its cash resources. The Company had cash at bank and in hand of approximately £105,000 at 30 June 2012.

No material events or transactions took place during the period from 1 March 2012 to 30 June 2012 which had an impact on the financial position or performance of the Company.
