                                 Result of EGM

Highcroft Investments PLC announces that at the Extraordinary General Meeting
that was held today the sole resolution was duly passed.

Subject to valid notice being submitted to HMRC the Group will be able to
convert to REIT status with effect from 1 April 2008.

The expected timetable is set out below:-

Anticipated date for the UK-REIT notification to HMRC             on or before
                                                                 20 March 2008

Anticipated date of UK-REIT conversion                            1 April 2008

Anticipated date for amendments to Articles becoming effective    1 April 2008
