                                 Update re EGM


Further to the announcement made on 13 December 2007, reporting the outcome of
the EGM held on the same date, the Board has been informed by the Company's
registrar that following the meeting 2 proxy votes have been reclassified.

Accordingly, the votes cast were 2,416,036 (being 71.72% of the votes cast)
voting in favour of the relevant resolution and 952,477 (being 28.28% of the
votes cast) against.

The result of the EGM was unchanged.
