Director Shareholdings

Highcroft Investments PLC (the 'Company') has been informed that the interests of certain of the directors have been changed, as detailed below.

David Kingerlee's son is over 18 years of age and therefore Mr D Kingerlee is no longer beneficially interested in 25,926 Highcroft ordinary shares that are held in the JM Kingerlee Settlement Trust, of which his son is a beneficiary.  

Mr D Kingerlee is beneficially interested in the remaining 25,927 Highcroft ordinary shares held by the JM Kingerlee Settlement Trust on behalf of Mr D Kingerlee's daughter who is less than 18 years of age.  In addition, Mr & Mrs David Kingerlee are beneficially interested in a further 88,470 Highcroft ordinary shares.  As a trustee of the JM Kingerlee Settlement Trust, Mr D Kingerlee remains non-beneficially interested in 77,780 Highcroft ordinary shares. 

Jonathan Kingerlee's son is now a beneficiary of the JM Kingerlee Settlement Trust and therefore Mr J Kingerlee is beneficially interested in 25,927 Highcroft ordinary shares held in that trust. In addition, Mr J Kingerlee is beneficially interested in 92,096 Highcroft ordinary shares.

David Bowman is a trustee to the JM Kingerlee Settlement Trust and his overall non-beneficial interest in Highcroft remains unchanged at 86,354 ordinary shares.

In summary, the interests of Mr D Kingerlee, Mr J Kingerlee and Mr Bowman are now as follows:
