Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was notified yesterday that on 11th October 2008 Mr David Bowman and his  wife Mrs Hazel Jean Bowman each purchased 465 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company at 290 pence.

Mr Bowman, a Director of the Company, now has a beneficial interest in 17,325 ordinary shares in the Company representing 0.34 per cent. of the total voting rights of the Company and a non-beneficial interest in 
86,354 being 1.67per cent. of the  Company’s issued ordinary share capital.
