                             Director Shareholdings


The Company was informed today that following the grant of probate, on 17 May
2006, for the estate of Miss F Kingerlee, Gavin Kingerlee has a non beneficial
interest, as an executor of the estate of Miss F Kingerlee, in 148,000 ordinary
shares, representing approximately 2.86 per cent. of the Company's issued
ordinary share capital.


In addition, Mr G Kingerlee and his associates have a beneficial interest in
165,150 ordinary shares, representing approximately 3.20 per cent. of the
Company's issued ordinary share capital.
