                            Director/PDMR Shareholding


The Company was notified yesterday that the wife of Mr David Bowman, Mrs Hazel
Jean Bowman, purchased 1,450 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company at
722.50 pence.

Mr Bowman, a Director of the Company, now has a beneficial interest in 16,395
ordinary shares in the Company representing 0.32 per cent. of the total voting
rights of the Company.
