I am writing to inform you that a Board Meeting has been called for Thursday 26
August 1999. The purposes of the meeting are as follows:-
1. to declare an interim dividend on the ordinary shares of this company for
the year ending 31 December 1999; and
2. to approve for publication the Company's Interim Report for the six months
ended 30 June 1999.
