BLUECREST ALLBLUE FUND LIMITED

REDEMPTION OFFER FOR US DOLLAR SHARES

Further to the announcement by BlueCrest AllBlue Fund Limited (the "Company") on 17 April 2013 with the results of the Continuation Resolutions the Company has today published a Circular to US Dollar Shareholders offering to redeem their US Dollar Shares at the relevant NAV on the NAV Calculation Date immediately preceding such redemption (less the costs of all such redemptions) (the "Redemption Offer").

Pending conclusion of the Redemption Offer, the Board has suspended all future conversions of Euro Shares and Sterling Shares into the US Dollar Share class.
