CLOSE ALLBLUE FUND LIMITED (the 'Company')

Proposed Migration of Listing

The Company announces that following consultation with its advisers, and in
light of impending changes to the UK Listing Authority's Listing Rules, the
Board of Directors has concluded that it will be in the best interests of the
Company to seek Admission for all its shares to the Official List and for all
the shares to be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for
listed securities. Upon such admission, the Company's shares would cease to be
traded on AIM. Such a move would be conditional upon receipt of appropriate
shareholder consent and upon all relevant regulatory consents being obtained. It
is intended that steps will be taken within the next six months to give effect
to this proposal.
