Directors' dealings

BlueCrest AllBlue Fund Limited (the "Company") announces that, as set out in the prospectus of the Company dated 14 May 2010, the following directors have subscribed for Sterling C Shares at £1 per share pursuant to the placing and offer for subscription of C Shares, as follows:

* Mr Crowder's subscription includes 50,000 Sterling C Shares subscribed for on behalf of Lucy Crowder, a connected person.

** Mr Hooley's subscription includes 100,000 Sterling C Shares subscribed for by Aries Investments Limited, a company beneficially owned by Mr Hooley and his wife, Mrs Lorna Hooley.

*** Mr Le Prevost's subscription was acquired by Anson Custody Limited as trustee of Mr Le Prevost's retirement annuity trust scheme.

The C Shares were admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange earlier today.
