Close AllBlue Fund Limited (the 'Company') 

Cancellation of AIM admission

Further to the announcement by the Company on 6 May 2008 of its proposed migration of listing, the Board announces that the cancellation of admission of its shares to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange (the 'Cancellation') and admission of the Company's shares to the Official List and to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange is expected to take place on or around 12 June 2008. The Cancellation is conditional on (i) Shareholder approval at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company to be held on 30 May 2008 and (ii) the Company's shares being admitted to the Official List and to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange.
