Calculation Time

The Company announces that on 30 June 2010 substantially all of the net proceeds of the recent issue of C Shares were invested in AllBlue Limited in accordance with the Company's investment policy. Accordingly, as set out in the Company's securities note dated 14 May 2010, the Calculation Time in respect of the Conversion of C Shares of each class is 30 June 2010.
