Hidong Estate PLC ('the Company') announces that Mr Diong Chin Teck and Mr Chew
Beow Soon have been appointed as Non-Executive Directors of the Company with
immediate effect.  Mr Diong Chin Teck is currently a director of Eurospan
Holdings Berhad, a publicly quoted Malaysian company.  There are no other
matters to be disclosed pursuant to paragraph 16.4 of the Listing Rules.
