The Company announces that on 27 September 2022, Shaik Othman Bin Hussain, Non-Executive Director of the Company, acquired 1,000 ordinary shares of £0.10 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £0.50 per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Shaik Othman Bin Hussain is beneficially interested in 1,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.058 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
