Directorate Change

The Board of Directors of HICL announces the retirement of Henri Grisius as a director of the Company effective from 1 June 2010.

Mr Grisius has been on the Board of HICL since the Company's incorporation in January 2006.  The Board would like to thank Mr Grisius for his outstanding dedication and significant contribution to the Company since its launch, and wishes him well in the future.

The Board of Directors of HICL are pleased to announce the appointment of Chris Russell as a Director of the Company effective 1 June 2010.  Chris Russell is a Non-Executive Director of Korea Fund Inc, JP Morgan Fleming Japanese Smaller Companies Investment Trust plc, Castle Asia Alternative pcc Ltd and F & C Commercial Property Trust Ltd.  There is no further information to be disclosed under Listing Rule 9.6.13R.
