Appointment of Collins Stewart Europe Limited as Joint Corporate Broker

The Board of HSBC Infrastructure Company Limited, the listed infrastructure investment company, is pleased to announce the appointment with immediate effect of Collins Stewart Europe Limited as joint corporate broker alongside Oriel Securities Limited.

The Company will announce its interim results for the six months to 30 September 2008 on Tuesday 18 November.  An analyst presentation will be held at the offices of Collins Stewart Europe, 88 Wood Street, London EC2V 7QR at 9.30am.
