HICL Infrastructure Company Limited ("HICL" or the "Company")

 

Additional Listing

Application has been made for 1,496,645 ordinary shares of 0.01p each fully paid in the Company ("Shares") to be admitted to the Official List of the FSA and to trading on the London Stock Exchange. It is expected that these Shares will be admitted on 29 June 2012. The application is being made pursuant to the scrip dividend alternative in lieu of cash for the second interim dividend in respect of the year ended 31 March 2012. Elections for a scrip dividend were received in respect of 7.71% of the ordinary shares in issue as at the record date of 20 April 2012.  When issued, these Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares.
