The Company was informed on 5 September 2016 that 465 Ordinary shares of 25p each in the capital of the Company were acquired for the benefit of Roger Mountford, a Director of the Company, on 20 May 2016 under a dividend reinvestment plan. The Ordinary shares were bought at a price of £14.94623 per share.

Roger Mountford now has an interest in 17,840 Ordinary shares representing 0.04% of the total voting rights (37,324,698) in the Company.
