Change of Secretary/Registered Office Address



Following the approval of the new management contract, Merrill Lynch Investment
Managers Group Services Limited has resigned as Secretary to the Company, and
HgPooled Management Limited has been appointed in its place.



The Company's registered office address has been changed to Third Floor, Minerva
House, 3-5 Montague Close, London SE1 9DH



All of these events take effect from 1 May 2003.
