Results of AGM

Following the Annual General Meeting of the Company which was held today, we are
pleased to announce that all the resolutions put to shareholders were passed.

Retirement of a Director

Immediately following the AGM Mr David Bucks retired as a director and Chairman
of the Company with effect from today.  He has been succeeded as Chairman by Mr
Roger Mountford.

Under listing rule 9.31(b) a copy of the resolutions has been submitted to the
UK Listing Authority and will shortly be made available via the UKLAs Document
Viewing Facility, which is situated at:

The minimum number of proxy votes received in favour of the resolutions was
95.57%.
