Resignation of Directors

Indian Restaurants Group Plc ("IRGP" or "the Company") announces that Amit Pau, Kuldeep Singh and Ashraf Rahman have resigned as directors of the Company.

Further to these resignations, Alfredo Villa (formerly a non-executive director) will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer with immediate effect.
