Purchase of Own Securities

Further to today's earlier announcement regarding the purchase of own shares,
Henry Boot PLC, the Sheffield based construction and property group, has today
purchased, for cancellation, another 150,000 of the Company's Ordinary 10p
shares at a price of 220 pence per share.
