INNOVATIVE HEALTHCARE PROPERTY PARTNERSHIP

The Board of Henry Boot PLC is pleased to announce that its property development arm, Henry Boot Developments, and Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust have agreed to form an innovative new joint venture property partnership.

This property partnership aims to ensure that best value will be secured from the former St Luke's hospital site in Crosland Moor, Huddersfield and where appropriate any future surplus Foundation Trust assets. In addition, it will provide funding to develop existing assets for the Foundation Trusts' own occupation.

The first project to be undertaken by the joint venture will be the re-development of 46,000 sq ft of new office and clinical space at Acre Mill, a former manufacturing facility, adjacent to Huddersfield Royal Infirmary.

Commenting on the newly formed partnership, Jamie Boot, Group Managing Director, Henry Boot PLC said:
