it now holds 1,540,806 Ordinary Shares in the Company which constitute 5.91% of
the total number of shares in issue and which are registered in the names of
Britel Fund Nominees Limited (840,806 shares) and Britel Fund (MAM) Nomineees
Limited (700,000 shares), a reduction of 77,394 shares from the last notified
figure of 1,618,200.
