DIVIDEND RECORD DATE

Further to the announcement made today by the Company (23 March 2011) relating to the Group's Preliminary Results for the year ended 31 December 2010, the proposed final dividend of 2.15p which is subject to Shareholder approval at its Annual General Meeting to be held on Friday 27 May 2011, will be paid on Tuesday 31 May 2011 to Shareholders on the Register at Tuesday 3 May 2011. The date shares become ex-dividend is Wednesday 27 April 2011.
