SUBSCRIPTION SHARES CANCELLATION

On 29 April 2014 the Company appointed a Trustee over the 1,603,982 outstanding subscription shares which had not been elected by subscription shareholders to be exercised, the Trustee having the right to exercise the subscription shares by the close of business on 13 May 2014 in accordance with the company's Articles of Association. These outstanding subscription shares were not exercised by the Trustee by this deadline as the Trustee considered that the exercise of the subscription rights and sale of the resulting ordinary shares in the market would not generate sufficient net proceeds of sale for distribution to the holders of the subscription shares.  All outstanding subscription shares will be bought back by the Company on 14 May 2014 for a nominal amount and cancelled. The Company has requested that the UK Listing Authority cancel the listing of the subscription shares on 30 May 2014.
