                            Subscription Share Issue

In connection with the bonus issue of Subscription Shares detailed in the
Prospectus to shareholders dated 21 December 2006 (the 'Prospectus'), the Board
confirms that the Subscription Share Conversion Price, as defined on page 19 of
the Prospectus, has now been determined and is 936p.


This price is based upon the NAV per ordinary share of 779.44p as at close of
business on 18 January 2007 plus 20 per cent., rounded up to the nearest whole
penny.
