Henderson Strata Investments plc hereby gives notification that, at the
Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held earlier today, the resolution,
as set out in full in the notice of meeting dated 14 September 2006, was duly
passed.   The resolution was an ordinary resolution, giving authority to the
Company to make market purchases of its own shares up to a maximum of 14.99% of
the ordinary shares in issue. The number of shares which may be bought back
pursuant to this resolution is 1,383,560.
