Colin Hughes, co-fund manager for Henderson Opportunities Trust, has confirmed to the Company's board that he will be retiring from Janus Henderson Investors on 30 June 2018. The board thanks him for his considerable contribution over many years and wishes him a long and happy retirement.

James Henderson continues as the lead fund manager for the company assisted by Laura Foll and Charlotte Greville. Laura Foll will become the co-fund manager when she returns from maternity leave in September.
