Total Voting Rights as at 29 February 2012

In conformity with the DTR 5.6.1 we would like to notify the market of the following:

Following the issue of 400,000 Ordinary shares on 29 February 2012, the Company's issued share capital comprises 43,425,000 Ordinary shares of 1p each, with each Ordinary share carrying the right to one vote.

The Company also has 8,300,000 non-voting subscription shares in issue.

The figure of 43,425,000 Ordinary shares should be used by shareholders and others with notification obligations as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
