DECLARES SECOND INTERIM DIVIDEND FOR THE

Henderson International Income Trust plc has declared a second interim dividend of 1.05p per Ordinary Share in respect of the period ending 31 August 2014 payable on 30 April 2014 to shareholders registered on 11 April 2014. The Company's shares go ex-dividend on 9 April 2014.
