DECLARES FIRST INTERIM DIVIDEND FOR THE

YEAR ENDING 31 AUGUST 2020

Henderson International Income Trust plc has declared a first interim dividend of 1.50p per ordinary share in respect of the year ending 31 August 2020 payable on 28 February 2020 to shareholders registered on 14 February 2020. This dividend is to be paid from the Company's revenue account.

The Company's shares go ex-dividend on 13 February 2020.
