Fourth interim dividend

for the year ended 31 August 2019

Henderson International Income Trust plc has announced a fourth interim dividend of 1.50p per ordinary share in respect of the year ended 31 August 2019 payable on 29 November 2019 to shareholders registered on 8 November 2019. This dividend is to be paid from the Company's revenue account.

The Company's shares will go ex-dividend on 7 November 2019.
