DECLARES SECOND INTERIM DIVIDEND FOR THE

PERIOD ENDING 31 AUGUST 2015

The ex-dividend date should have been 5 February 2015 and not 7 February 2015. All other details remain unchanged. The full amended text appears below.

Henderson International Income Trust plc has declared a second interim dividend of 1.10p per ordinary share in respect of the period ending 31 August 2015 payable on 27 February 2015 to shareholders registered on 6 February 2015.

The Company's shares go ex-dividend on 5 February 2015.
