Appointment of a New Director

Henderson International Income Trust plc announces that Richard Hills has been appointed a non-executive director, such appointment to become effective on 25 April 2016. 

Richard has substantial investment experience, having held senior positions at two major investment companies. He chairs the Aztec Group Ltd, which is one of the largest Channel Islands private equity fund administrators. He is currently Chairman of Strategic Equity Capital plc and a director of JP Morgan Income & Capital Trust plc.

In accordance with paragraphs 9.6.13 (1) to (6) of the Listing Rules, it is confirmed that there are no details to be disclosed in relation to Richard Hills.
