Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 7,409,900 Ordinary shares of 1p each under an ordinary share block listing facility.

The ordinary shares may be issued from time to time for cash provided that such issues are made at prices above the prevailing net asset value per ordinary share. This is to satisfy and meet market demand. Any ordinary shares will, when issued, rank equally with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.
