PAYMENT OF FOURTH INTERIM DIVIDEND

Henderson High Income Trust plc announces that a fourth interim dividend of 2.325p per ordinary share of 5p, in respect of the year ending 31 December 2016, will be paid on 27 January 2017 to holders registered at the close of business on 16 December 2016.  The Company's shares will go ex-dividend on 15 December 2016.
