In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11, the Company announces that Penny Lovell , a n on-executive d irector of the Company, has notified the Board that due to her other business commitments s he intends to step down from the Board with effect from 30 September 2022 .
Penny has served as a non-executive director of the Company since 1 January 2021 , and the Board would like to express its gratitude for h er valued contribution during that time. The Board has commenced a search for a new director.
