The Company announces the allotment of 250,000 Ordinary Shares of 5p each fully
paid under its block listing facility.  The issued share capital is now
68,512,798.

These shares were issued for cash on 2 December 2005 at a price of 153p per
share.  The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 1
December 2005 was 146.6p.
