The Company announces the allotment of 450,000 Ordinary Shares of 5p each fully
paid under its block listing facility.  The issued share capital is now
68,262,798.



These shares were issued for cash on 16 November 2005 at a price of 150p per
share.  The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 15
November 2005 was 144.5p.
