The Company announces the allotment of 250,000 Ordinary Shares of 5p each fully
paid under its block listing facility.  The issued share capital is now
69,062,798.

These shares were issued for cash on 8 February 2006 at a price of 163.5p per
share.  The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 7
February 2006 was 156.9p.
