The capital of Henderson Far East Income Limited, as at 31 December 2014, consisted of 109,970,564 Ordinary Shares with voting rights. The Company did not hold any shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Henderson Far East Income Limited was 109,970,564. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Henderson Far East Income Limited under the Rules.
