The Company announces the allotment of 150,000 Ordinary Shares at 296.00p per share on 6 February 2014, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 5 February 2014 was 290.5p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 11 February 2014. As at 11 February 2014 the issued share capital will be 104,720,564 and the number of voting rights will be 104,720,564.
