The Company announces the allotment of 50,000 Ordinary Shares at 343.00p per share on 30 October 2013, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 29 October 2013 was 331.6p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 04 November 2013. As at 04 November 2013 the issued share capital will be 104,445,564 and the number of voting rights will be 104,445,564.
